With the exception of parties & group reservations  which may be cancelled at least ONE week (7+ Days) prior* to the scheduled date:  All online voucher/entertainment sales (shipped and/or digitally distributed/emailed for use in the park at a later date) are final. Note: *These cancellations (if not rescheduled) are subject to a $50 service fee.

IN-STORE PICKUP: (YOU WON'T FORGET VOUCHERS WHEN YOU VISIT!)
For your piece of mind, we keep duplicate records of all online purchases at the ticket count.  (Just in case you loose your voucher/confirmation prior to pickup.)  We may ask for an ID.  Note:  You can also make prior arrangements (with us) for someone else to to pick-up your order.
